Remove duplicate of only one file

Hello,

I am aware that there a duplicate items tools but it works for the whole software which I find not relevant. I have plenty of duplicates that I keep following articles I write the same article can be used 2.3.4 times.

But what I would need is a remove duplicate inside a folder. Like I have different folders of 1200 references I don t know how to get rid efficiently of the duplicates

Someone has an idea ?

    Tag the items in that collection (e.g. with a colored tag), then filter the duplicates view by that tag, then merge.

    That said -- are you sure you want to keep your other duplicates? Since the same item can be in multiple collections, the fact that you've used it in multiple articles doesn't mean you need to keep an actual duplicate.

    Hello,

    The tag selector is indeed helpfull, it allows me to remove 700 undesirable files to merge.

    But I still have 570 files

    Is there a way to do it quickly :) ?



    I will check the if I have used or if the articles is in multiple collections
