Sync "Request timed out"

It just went wrong on my windows PC, but there was nothing wrong on my MacBook.
  • Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that fails?

    No, that's a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector and a pasted Zotero error report. We need a Debug ID from Zotero for the sync that you're reporting a problem with.

    I'm afraid that's just your network connection to our sync servers being blocked and timing out after 30 seconds.

    If you can load https://api.zotero.org/ in a browser and see "Nothing to see here.", your Zotero app may be connecting differently from the rest of your system. See Connection Error. (It's clearly not entirely blocked, though, since you can submit error reports.)
