I had purchased a storage plan for my account. My institute now provides me with unlimited Zotero storage. Is there any way to cancel my previously purchased plan or not renew it after it expires?
Zotero would have to say about cancellation/refund, but for the second question, you can look at https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage 1) If you're connected with your institutional email, it will likely say Expiration: Never at the top, so your personal storage subscription isn't going to be renewed automatically anyway and 2) if you want to be extra sure, you can remove your payment information (it will then explicitly say "Your personal Zotero storage subscription will not be renewed while you are eligible for unlimited storage from your institution")
