Zotero shows up on google docs but does not work

Im using Google Chrome on a Mac and just downloaded Zotero and added the Chrome extension. "Zotero" and "Z" show up in the toolbars of google doc, however the links seems to be "dead", since nothing happens when I click them. Do you have any advice?

    Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading Google Docs and clicking Add/Edit Citation, with all other browser extensions disabled?
