Upgrade StorageAdmin help needed: academic email & unlimited storage
Dear Zotero, my institution pays for unlimited user storage. When I created my account I used my personal gmail account, and now i have all of my references in this account. I want to take advantage of the unlimited storage, but when I switched my email to my university email my account did not change its subscription type.
I don't want to lose my data, but don't want to pay for additional storage if my university already supports unlimited storage.

You'll see a note at the bottom of the "Current Plan" section noting the institutional storage provided for a particular email address.
Your personal plan will still show the same thing, and will revert to that if you ever stop qualifying for storage from the institution.
