Shows error due to onedrive s

I am unable to insert citations due to onedrive, I share the file with another person and it is liked via emails. However, when I try to cite the works, zotero is having trouble.

Some people who have trouble inserting citations in Word documents on OneDrive are able to fix it by removing spaces in the filenames.
