I'm having trouble using the application on google docs and on word on my HP Chromebook. I've tried the chromebook instructions but it has not worked. Any help?
I installed zotero through chrome and downloaded it, however when I open word documents or google docs, nothing appears. I can tap the icon on my browser but it does not open anything, it just says it's been downloaded but I can't find where
