No first name section when entering new source

My zotero updated this week, and now when I try to manually add a document there is no box to enter the first name. The only option I have is to enter the author's full name in one box. How do I get the first name box added back in?

    There is an icon to the right of the name field that allows you to toggle from single-field mode to two-field mode. (To the left of the +/- buttons)

    You are now in single-field mode. Click the little icon that looks like two tiny flat rectangles and you get two-field mode.

    I couldn't find a screen image in the documentation that shows this but once you know where to look it is easy to see.
