Some grammatical errors in APA 7th in Finnish

I'm using Mendeley Cite, and it just got back an option to choose citation language for citation style. The Finnish APA 7th style used there has some grammatical errors:

-There should not be comma between author names if there already is "&" (or "ja") between them.

-No capital letter in toim., when it is not starting a new sentence.

-For pages just s. instead of ss. (ss. is outdated style).

For example:

Rosenzweig, F., & Sherlock, G. (2009). Through a glass, clearly. Teoksessa T. Jr. Garland & M. R. Rose (Toim.), Experimental evolution : concepts, methods, and applications of selection experiments (ss. 353–388). University of California Press.

Should be:

Rosenzweig, F. & Sherlock, G. (2009). Through a glass, clearly. Teoksessa T. Jr. Garland & M. R. Rose (toim.), Experimental evolution : concepts, methods, and applications of selection experiments (s. 353–388). University of California Press.

    - The comma before the & is unusual in English, too, but typical of APA style: the technical reason is that the initial is used appositionally ("Smith, Adam, and his friend Hume, David, liked to drink a lot") - in any case, CSL currently can't localize the comma there anyway
    - eds. is also lowercased commonly in English, but specifically capitalized in APA style, so treating this like the beginning of the sentence in other languages makes sense to me
    - do you have some sort of authoritative source on s/ss? That one could be changed easily, but the original translation is also by a native speaker

    Here is my notes in Finnish.

    First there is some general knowledge about Finnish ja citing (referring to the Psykologia journal).

    After that I tell about
    1) There should not be comma between author names if there already is "&" (or "ja") between them.
    2) No capital letter in toim., when it is not starting a new sentence.
    3) For pages just s. instead of ss. (ss. is outdated style).

    I have pointed the changes what you should do.

    Lähteiden merkitseminen Zoterossa suomeksi

    Psykologia-lehden ohjeissa todetaan: ”Lähdeviittausten ja ‑luetteloiden, taulukoiden ja kuvioiden muotoilussa kirjoittajia pyydetään nojautumaan pääpiirteissään American Psychological Associationin (APA) käytäntöihin mutta suomen kielen sääntöjä noudattaen.”

    Kahteen paikkaan: plural: never
    - bibliography; layout; group; locators (macro), conditional: Else-if book OR graphic or… group: page (label)
    - samaan polkuun muista muuttaa kohtaan Affixes kohtaan suffix: yksi (1) välilyönti (muuten lähdeluettelo on tekstipötköä ilman välilyöntiä)
    - inline citations; layout: group: citation-locator (macro): group: conditional: else: locator (label)
    - Tämä piti kai lisätä eka esimerkkikohdasta!

    4) Noudettu 9.5.2019 osoitteesta (ei Noudettu 9. toukokuuta 2019, osoitteesta)
    Yhteen paikkaan
    - bibliography; layout; group; access (macro); conditional; else; conditional; else; conditional; date; form: numeric
    - ja poista suffixista pilkku-ja-välilyönti
