Import from EbscoHOST multiplied by five times

I have twice tried importing an RIS file from EbscoHOST of approximately 5,000 results. Once the import is completed in Zotero, the number of results becomes 25,000. Does anyone know what might be causing this, and if there's a fix? Imports of the same number of results from files generated in Proquest are working properly.

    Can you reproduce this for a single exported item?

    I'd guess that EBSCO is just putting the same items into the file multiple times. You should open the RIS file in a text editor (e.g., TextEdit, Notepad) and check.
