Liebert Vancouver Issue - Remove "AND" add ","
Please note, this is also posted on the GitHub page.
I downloaded and used the "mary-ann-liebert-vancouver" CSL that came from the instructions PDF provided by the journal with Zotero to format a manuscript. For whatever reason, on my reference page an "and" is included before the last author (when less than 3 authors).
I was explicitly told that the "and" must be removed. However, I could not find where this "and" clause between authors was added, so I am not sure how to remove it to fix my reference page. Any advice on how to modify the code would be appreciated.

(Ping me in 2 weeks if I don't reply as I'm just away for a few days)

Last question (hopefully), this updated version is now capitalizing most words in the title, even if the title in Zotero is set to sentence case (I went thru and manually did this for all citations in this paper). How would I set it so that it does not edit the title included in Zotero? I ask as this was what I was told to do.
In case it would be useful, I have provided their full comment:
The reference list should be double spaced and all references must be complete, accurate, and formatted according to the Liebert Vancouver style. Do not include "and" in the author lists. The names of authors should be separated by a comma. Article titles should be in sentence case, with proper nouns, abbreviations, and acronyms capitalized.
However, you're wording this like I introduced a change to the titles with my last file which I didn't. This was not the case and had been wrong from the beginning.
This fixes the issue: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/5686f504fe8ffb8743a003d21828adf4aed695e9/mary-ann-liebert-vancouver.csl
The reason I manually changed the title was due to my experience with other styles is that they do not alter the title, and that when I have needed to have things in sentence case (and they were not formatted as such when I pulled them), I would have to change them within Zotero. Also, I do not know how to have a code automatically capitalize each word of instrument titles, which is part of the reason I manually did this.
Once again, I apologize for my poor wording of the last message. I truly appreciate you taking the time to help me.
