Zotero ios and Pcloud Webdav

I used Pcloud Webdav to sync my pdf documents (Premium user, Webdav enabled)

I read this post and verify that the files can be accessed through webdav by manually key in the "index string". But the ios app return "Attached file could not be found"

Some of the file could be downloaded by the ios on my iphone but not on my ipad. Is this a Zotero problem or a Pcloud webdav problem?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt to open a file that's not available?

    That's all we can tell you.

    Use a better WebDAV provider or Zotero Storage. People have endless problems with pCloud.

    Thank you... Do you know what might be the problem? Because all of the other apps that use network are fine...

    Maybe a "feature request":
    Allow user to manually download the .prop and .zip file via browser. Then direct Zotero ios to use those files.

    "If I have manually downloaded the file, why bother adding to zotero". Cos I think Zotero interface, editing, and other features are still nice!

    pCloud is just unreliable, as evidenced by countless posts here. This has nothing to do with Zotero.
