Upgrade StorageDOI Lookup failed
Hi,
I get a "Lookup failed" error message when I try to add by identifier to my Zero library.
This is happening consistently in the daytime, but seems to improve in the evening.
I know it's a good DOI id because I can paste it into my University library portal and get an instant result. It will also work sometimes in Zotero lookup if I am persistent and keep trying.
Is there anything I can do to improve this lookup during the daytime?

Where possible, we recommend adding items using the Zotero connector for best results, which will be less reliant on a single third party service.
