Extract Annotation not appear after install add-on ZotFile

I use Windows.
1) I have installed Zotfile already, but there is no Extract Annotation tag while right click on the File (it shows only Rename and More, and Get table of Contents) even i made highlight and comment on PDF File.
2) Moreover I install Zotero on other PC then tried Extract Annotation after made highlight and comment, then it appear Extract Annotation, But, it shows "Zotfile: Extracting Annotations... / Attachments skipped because they are top-level items, snapshot, an avoided filetype, or the file does not exist."

I would like to know how i fix the above 2 problems. No.1 is most important for me to fix. No appearance of "Extract Annotation Tag". Please help on this.

    Hey there, thanks for sharing the link to the documentation for extracting annotations! Unfortunately, I still have an issue with extracting annotations (using Zotero 6.0.13 on Mac, macOS 12.5.1).
    Whenever selecting an item (pdf file containing annotations - verified by the inbuilt zotero pdf viewer) and selecting the option "Add Note From Annotations" nothing happens, i.e. no note is created and no other feedback is provided.

    Looking at the Error Console (provided via the Zotero developer view) several messages are displayed there (please see below).

    May I ask for any hint how I could fix this problem?

    What kind of annotations are in the file? Highlights? Do you see them in the annotations tab of the left sidebar in Zotero's PDF reader?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for running "Add Note from Annotations"?

    Hey there, thanks a lot for your swift response! As I restarted Zotero and enabled logging (in order to provide a Debug ID) I retried the procedure (clicking on "Add Note from Annotations") and now it worked smoothly and in fact created a note containing all present annotations... I am happy that it is working now. I assume that you don't need the Debug ID any more. If I can deliver any information that you deem useful please let me know. Thank you again, Gernot
