Stuck at "Verify Server" (Koofr) on my iPad

I'm trying to use Koofr to sync my library and attachments so I can read on my iPad. I have no problem setting it up on my Mac. But on the iPad it stuck at "Verify Server" and just kept running... I put the same information (URL, username, and password) as I did on my Mac. Any ideas of how to make it work on iPad?

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt to verify the server on the iPad?

You'd have to ask them. You're getting an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests error from Koofr, and the message "Too many login retries". That's all we can tell you.
