Please help with creating new style
I need help with creating a new style for "Multiple Sclerosis" journal published by "Sage".
an article for example can be found here :
http://msj.sagepub.com/cgi/content/abstract/14/7/880
and a citation for example :
1. Allison, RS, Millar, JHD. Prevalence of disseminated sclerosis
in Northern Ireland. Ulster Med J 1954; 23: 5–27.
2. Millar, JHD. Multiple sclerosis in Northern Ireland. In:
Rose, FC, (ed), Clinical Neuroepidemiology. Tunbridge
Wells: Pitman Medical; 1980: 222–227.
3. Hawkins, S, McKee, F. Updated epidemiological studies
of multiple sclerosis in Northern Ireland. J Neurol 1988;
235: S86.
In the text there are numbers in square brackets, for example :
Blha blha blha [1]
The Vancouver citation style is pretty close, but not exactly.
Please help me with this because i am a bit lost.
Thanks Alot,
Guy.
