If you're still around, there is a small issue with the MSCA style in the current version of Zotero/Word.
When adding several references in a row, no comma appears to separate the numbers, example^123 and not example^1,2,3. Would you be able to fix this?
Another less important suggestion, would it be possible to add a comma after the title and after the journal. Following your last example, it would give: Campbell & Pedersen, 2007, The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success, Comp Polit Stud, 40: 307–32
1. comma between numbers: those you need to add yourself. The numbers for footnote styles are generated by Word itself. All Zotero does is say "Word, add a footnote for me here please so I can write some text in it."

Edit: it is also closer to the standard in other styles.
