When I use the Word Plugin it only searches and references from the notes of my Zotero library, not the bibliographic information for each item.

It started doing this in the middle of trying to work on a document. Since it's happened it happens in all word documents I try. I've tried the obvious things - restarting Word, Zotero and my computer, and updating the plugin.

Would welcome any help!
