Unable to sync my files on my new iPad

It is showing the download option but it is not actually downloading the files.

    You don't appear to be trying to download a file in that debug output.

    Could you explain exactly what you're doing and what's happening, and provide another Debug ID?

    Actually, I am clicking on the file. It then shows a sign for downloading (a circle kind of thing) but the file never gets downloaded.
  • Hi dstillman, thanks for all the help. I think I found the problem. I think it is because Box has stopped support for Webdav.
  • Hi annwesha, even though the Box said it will no longer support the Webdav, we can still use it (see https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696414-WebDAV-with-Box). I was using Box Webdav to sync my files before Aug. 18, 2022, but after that, I had the same sync issue on my iPad and Macbook.
