Hi annwesha, even though the Box said it will no longer support the Webdav, we can still use it (see https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696414-WebDAV-with-Box). I was using Box Webdav to sync my files before Aug. 18, 2022, but after that, I had the same sync issue on my iPad and Macbook.
Could you explain exactly what you're doing and what's happening, and provide another Debug ID?
Actually, I am clicking on the file. It then shows a sign for downloading (a circle kind of thing) but the file never gets downloaded.
