Scan folders with PDFs to generate Zotero compatible import file?
Hello.
I am newbie to Zotero, my apologies if this is issue is too common.
I've seen Zotero can import from BibTeX, RIS, Zotero RDF, etc.
Is there a way to scan my folder with thousands of PDFs and then generate one of those Zotero compatible formats to import?
PS: My PDF files are categorized in folders but it is ok if directory structure is not included in the resulting file.

Something similar will be built into Zotero in a future version.
(Also note that you're conflating a few different things: adding PDFs in a folder hierarchy, getting metadata for PDFs, and importing metadata files. The plugin takes cares of the PDFs. Zotero retrieving metadata, as best it can. BibTeX/RIS/etc. aren't relevant here.)
I succesfully installed the plug-in into Zotero.
