Choosing language for "et al." and "Ed./Eds." to English

I am using Zotero with Google Docs. Having a frustrating issue with inserted references with "et al." automatically being translated into Swedish - that is, "m.fl.". Even though I write in English. The same in the bibliography, with "Ed. [editor]" and "Eds.", being translated into the Swedish "Red.".

Under Archives in Docs, the language is set to English.

How do I address this issue?

    The language for Zotero citations and bibliography is controlled by the Document Preferences menu in the Zotero menu in Google Docs. All parts of Zotero integration are controlled by the Zotero menu, not any other part of Google Docs

    I changed the language to English in Zotero's Document Preferences in Google Docs - and now the mentioned frustrating issue is no longer an issue. Thank you!
