Help: no more snapshots

I use Pubmed a lot, and as set in the preferences, Zotero has always attached a web snapshot with any references I save. Suddenly today for no apparent reason this no longer happens. I need help. Please!

    If you think that was a bad idea, please continue in that thread and explain why you want the snapshots.
    Obviously you can always use "attach snapshot of current page" to add a snapshot after the import.
