Upgrade StorageAttachments from computer not syncing to WebDAV

Trying to open an attachment in the iPad app and finding that it actually hasn't been uploaded to the server from my computer. I'm on step 5 of the troubleshooting doc "kb/files_not_syncing.txt". Still no file after performing Reset File Sync History.

dstillmanYou're opening a file in a group library. That wouldn't have anything to do with WebDAV, and you've disabled file syncing for group libraries.

larsonceI understood that WebDAV doesn't work for group library storage in terms of sharing the files, but didn't realize that even my own files attached to the group library items would not be synced. Thanks for clarifying.
