unable to sync from web lib to Mac

The network is normal, the synchronization account has been logged in, and the web lib has all the data of the old MacBook, but the new macbook cannot be synchronized. After manual synchronization, the last synchronization time always displays "Not yet synchronized".

    It looks like there's a more general problem with database access. This error code means "NS_ERROR_STORAGE_BUSY".

    Try restarting your computer. If that doesn't help, it might be due to security software on your computer interfering with Zotero's ability to access the disk.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through the initial sync attempt, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
