Change formatting style

I have prepared a word document to publish. I inserted all citations by word. But there is no AMA style in word and I dowloaded zotero. Is it possible to change ready bibliography to AMA style using zotero? if yes, how?

Yes, that's the whole point of using Zotero.
Switch the style under Document Preferences as shown here: https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage

If I understood correctly you used Word's own citation tool. You'll need to reinsert the citations using the zotero word plugin.
