Possible NOT to sync some attachments?

I have some items in my Zotero library that probably should not be synced (e.g., contain PII, are pre-publication drafts, etc.). Is there any way to tell Zotero NOT to sync some items? Maybe something we can put in the "Extra" section?

You should add those items as Linked Attachments, rather than stored attachments. Zotero does not sync linked attachments
