Zotero fails to retrieve metadata for all items when on our campus network, works fine when used at home or public wifi. SSL and Network security was recently tightened, and I have read over the retrieve pdf metadata we did have to grant SSL Bypass for api.zotero.org to connect wit hthe database. What urls/ or addresses does Zotero need to communicate to (Crossref) when attempting to populate metadata?
