exporting in covidence to be able to import into zotero

hi

i am having the with the the above issue. i have tried to export to a zotero file in covidence export function page. But when I try to import into zotero it gives me a ...ris.txt file which I cannot open to get access to all the references. I really need to solve this issue asap as I am going to be in serious trouble.

    Could you describe this a bit more? I can't quite follow. Typically Covidence would give you an RIS file which you then import into Zotero -- I'm not quite clear what part isn't working and what sorts of errors you're seeing.
