Upgrade StorageFeature request: Sync with OneDrive and etc.
A sincerely feature request form China mainland. For all-known issue, there is no reliable WebDav service provier in China mainland, and no reliable international cloud drive service like Google Drive or Dropbox in China, but OneDrive.
OneDrive could be called the only reliable cloud derive that can be used in China Mainland. However, Zotero hasn't provide OneDrive in sync preference. Zotero's official storage service cannot work well in China because of the internet issue.
Zotero is my scientific savior, I use Zotero every day and I can't live without it, I'm sure there are many Chinese users with my problem, we used to take VPN to solve our network problems, but nowadays it's very difficult to get an available and secure VPN. I really hope that Zotero will support synchronization via OneDrive, just like the other open source software Joplin. Many thanks to Zotero for all your efforts.

It seems like the only real solution would be an option to switch an account to use an AWS region in China (which is operated by a Chinese company, not Amazon — which I assume is the case for OneDrive), but that's not something we currently have any plans to do.
Your are right, the only real solution is to switch to an cloud storage in China mainland, but I know that is impossible XD. The OneDrive Datacentre that China user can access is located in Hong Kong, but because of the relataionship of Microsoft and Chinese government, Microsoft's service will not be banned in China for short times, so Chinese people can use OneDrive although both not very well connection.
If possible, it would still be very much appreciated if you would consider supporting direct syncing of attachments via OneDrive in Zotero. My current solution is to sync the attachments directory via OneDrive and iCloud. Anyway, I hope you guys are getting better and better, thank you very much.
