Bug with word plugin

Hello, I cannot add or edit my word citations. I've got this error message: "Zotero a rencontré une erreur lors de la mise à jour de votre document. Souhaitez vous afficher les instructions de dépannage?"
I've tried everything without success ... I've re-install zotero, word plugin... But imposible to link my zotero citation to word... Please could you help me ??

    J'ai déjà essayé pas mal de choses:
    -Quand j'ouvre un nouveau document word, je n'arrive pas à insérer des références et la biblio.
    - J'ai éteint et rallumé word/zotero/mon pc plusieurs fois.
    - J'ai la dernière version de zotero.
    - Le "Track change" n'est pas activé.
    - J'ai essayé de renommer le document.

    Je n'arrive pas à insérer de nouvelles références à mon document. J'ai essayé de copier/coller petit à petit chaque partie de mon document. Zotero fonctionne avec les anciennes citations déjà enregistrées. Mais impossible d'en rajouter des nouvelles ?

    Could you just confirm that if you open a new, entirely empty Word document you cannot insert a citation? That'd be a different issue then.

    Yes, I've got the same error message !

    If you can't insert a single citation into a new, empty document, that page isn't relevant (as it notes at the top).

    To start, we'd want a Report ID after triggering the error in a new document.

    Also, what exact version of Word?

    You're getting this error just clicking Add/Edit Citation in a completely new, empty document?

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for that?

    Does this happen with any item? For example, if you create a new empty item with the title "Test" and insert that into a new, empty document, does this happen?

    Sorry for the multiple threads.
    Yes, the error is in a new empty document as well as in my existing word document.
    I've also tried several references, even new "test" reference, but the issue still goes on.
    The debug ID is D802426787.

    That Debug ID seems to be for a document with lots of items, not for trying to insert a single citation into a new, empty document.
