When I clicked the "Save to zotero" button in Viewing PDF pages of ScienceDirect related websites, error information, "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information", was showed in the top right corner of the page.
I tried the same operations in Taylor and Francis Online related pages, PDF can be saved to Zotero successfully.
What should I do to deal with it?

Generally, and on all supported sites like ScienceDirect, you'll want to save from the abstract page, not the PDF. (Among other things, on many sites when you view a PDF you're actually just loading a cloud reader on the site, which Zotero doesn't have any way of saving from.)
