I am installing Zotero for word 365, the issue is that whenever i press “Add/Edit Citation” , citation dialog does not appears. The word just refresh itself but does not show any citation dialog
Have you checked to make sure the citation dialog isn't just appearing behind your other windows? It's part of the Zotero app, so cycle through your Zotero windows to check.
For what it's worth, though:
1) You're not on the latest version of Zotero. Update to 6.0.9.

2) You got at least one error about updating the plugin. I just installed Zotero today and it is latest version. could not understand what is meant "by cycling through your Zotero windows"? even i have tried to find citation dialog every where but not finding it
If you're going to post here, you're going to need to trust that we know what we're talking about. You are absolutely not using the current version — you're using a version from May — and there's no way you got 6.0.8 from the official download page today.
You'll need to install 6.0.9 and then do what I said above.

There's some sort of misunderstanding here. This seems to show you dragging items around in Zotero. It doesn't show anything related to word processor integration.
Please reread the Debug ID steps carefully and provide a Debug ID solely for clicking Add/Edit Citation. There shouldn't be anything else logged.
If it helps, you can open the debug output window with Help → Debug Output Logging → View Output, make sure nothing else is being logged, click Clear if you need to make sure there's nothing there, and then do Add/Edit Citation. Then immediately submit the output without doing anything else.
I understand your point, i have been looking debug output, and after each click on (add/edit, refresh , document preferences) nothing appears on log not even a single line. I restart my computer 2 time and work with plugin nothing happens on debug output, i followed the step for de-bugging too
I don't know what you're trying to show. I wasn't asking you to provide another Debug ID. I linked to instructions for all the known ways of fixing this.
Thanks for bearing with me, the main problem is that i was starting. Zotero with administrator permission. I started it in simple way, and now its working, thanks again for all your help
