macOS: "Request timed out" trying to set up syncing

Hello,

I used zotero in macOS for the first time, and I meet a similar problem when login zotero app. It shows "request timed out" and I cannot login. Could any one help me with that?
I can load the link https://api.zotero.org/users/3738759/groups?format=versions very quickly.

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt to set up syncing?

If you get an error trying to submit that as well, it's just a problem with your network configuration, and you should see Connection Error.
