Translated books

I'm going to add to my Zotero library a few English books translated from Italian, as in the following example:

Title: Organization and economic behaviour
Author: Grandori, Anna
Place: London
Publisher: Routledge
Date: 2001
Language: en
EXTRA
original-title: Organizzazione e comportamento amministrativo
original-publisher-place: Bologna
original-publisher: Il Mulino
original-date: 1999

Is there a better way to add translated works? Am I missing something?

    I've noticed that two useful variables are missing from the specs: "original-language" and "original-edition".

    Without "original-language: it", many styles will use title case for the Italian title too (and that's wrong).

    As for "original-edition", when a book has many editions (for example a textbook), it's very important to know what edition was translated.
