Upgrade StorageReport ID 368811755, zotero makes my word crash when I want to add a citation
Hi, I keep having a crash when I want to add a citation to my document. I tried the followings:
adding the citation to another place in the document -> crash
trying another reference to test if it was the problem -> crash
Copy paste to another document and adding the citation there-> crash
I currently have 30 citations in the document and adding a 31results in crashing
Track changes is disabled
I work on windows 10 with word 2016

adomasvenWhat's the full version of Word? Have you tried updating it? Otherwise see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents
