Upgrade StorageSuggestion: add a typewriter feature to PDF reader to display annotations visually
Although we can use highlight, note or select area to add comment by double click, I need a striking text in some situations.

dstillmanAre you asking for text annotations (where you type arbitrary text on the page) or strikethrough (where you essentially highlight text from the PDF but it displays as a strikethrough line)?
