Upgrade StorageStorage Showing Full When It's Not?
My storage is showing as completely full, but I don't think it is.
1. When I go to storage in account settings, it says I have 299.9mb of data, but then shows each of the collections in my zotero as 0mb
2. It's been showing that the collection is full on and off for almost a year, but usually it says that and still lets me add more (today that stopped)
3. I have wayyyy less citations in here than friends who haven't ever run into storage issues.
Any idea how to troubleshoot the storage?

The quota is for online storage, so it never prevents you from adding data or files locally. You could have gigabytes of files locally and still see 300 MB online. Zotero will show you this message whenever you sync once you're at your quota online.
"My Library" and each group has separate storage. The groups that show 0MB have not had any files uploaded to them so they are not using any of your cloud storage (possibly because you were already at your limit if you do have attached files in those libraries).
