Upgrade StorageImport Citavi --> Zotero failing
Hello everybody,
I hope someone can help with the problem I am having. When I try to import a citavi project, Zotero stops working. I am following all the steps correctly (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/import_from_citavi). I cannot unpack the Citavi backup file. Since it is still a zipped file Zotero tells me its not the correct data type to import. It has worked with a much smaller project. However, there keywords were not transposed into tags.

tnajdekWhat's stopping you from unpacking the file? Most OSes have a built-in tool to unpack zips, but sometimes you need to change the extension to ".zip" so that OS offers option to unpack a file, did you try that?
