When dragging some fairly standard PDF articles into my zotero app, I get an error (top right, red '!') saying that

'Pool study instructions dax is too long for attachment '

    This is what it says:

    ZoteroObjectUploadError: Annotation text 'Pool Study instructions dax …' is too long for attachment VTIGEYXM"]
    It's telling you that you have a PDF annotation where the highlighted text is too long to sync. Open that PDF in the Zotero PDF reader and paste VTIGEYXM into the search bar in the annotation tab of the sidebar and you should see the annotation in question.

    How did you create the annotation? Is it visibly covering a huge amount of text?
