Open PDF in New Window as default possible?

Is it possible to open PDF´s in New Windows as default? If so, how? If not, then I kindly request this feature as I work with a two screen setup. Having the Zotero main window on one screen and the PDF on another screen better suites my workflow. Thank you for your attention and consideration. If possible, a short response would be appreciated.

ps: Is it possible to set 'Odd Spreads' as default viewing mode?

Not possible now, but we'll consider this for a future version.

@zurpher: Note, though, that you can shift-double-click to open in a new window.
