Enhancement of PDF Viewer? Make Zotero note accessible (not annotations on the PDF)

I love the new pdf viewer, but a small tweak would be great:

When I am viewing a pdf I have the 'Info', 'Tags' and 'Related' tabs but no 'Notes' tab, as is there when viewing the entry in the Library view

I like to keep notes in a note and being able to read and add to this as I am viewing the pdf would be a great help

    There is a notes editor in the top right -- the notebook icon will allow you to see all of your notes, and you can add an item note from that view.

    Sorry, I missed that.
    I was looking for the tab or the same icon as in the library view
