ZOTERO 6.09 the changes made in the app doesn't appear on word

I have a problem with the version ZOTERO 6.09, I have modified the years and the authors of my references but once I refreshed the information on word the cahnges does't appear. I have tried to close and open both (word and zoter) but nothing changes. I need help I need that the changes can appear automatically. Thank you so much for you help

    It's possible that you had multiple copies of the item in your Zotero library and later removed one of the duplicates that is now cited in your document. Remove all occurrences of the cited item in the document and reinsert.
