Dear all, I could not find answers to this problem, so I decided to post it here:

I added comments and highlighted text with the internal zotero pdf viewer/annotator. Then I opened the annotated file with adobe acrobat and the comments and highlights from the zotero reader were not visible. It does work the other way around, that is highlights and comments made in adobe acrobat are then visible (and extractable) in the zotero reader.

Any ideas how to fix this?
