question / suggestion: insert citation from Word

Hello!

Currently, to add a citation in Word, I use the "Add/Edit Citation" and then a red a bar (a beautiful red bar, I should say!) appears and I can search for the the citation I have in mind. If I hit enter, then the citation will appear in parentheses in my current citation style, which is great, because that's most likely the one I need. However, occasionally, I need to add "in-text" citation, so instead of "Zotero is great (Stillman, 2022)", I would like to write "Zotero is great according to Stillman (2022)". Currently, to do that, I would need to click on the red Z (triangle next to it) and then click on Classic view and then go to "Show Editor" and edit the text to do this.

My question:

Is this the way to do this or is there a better way?

If it is the way currently, may I suggest we add the option to edit or canonical citation styles in a dropdown menu that's closer to us than the Classic View?

Thank you!

System info (happy to provide screenshots --- if so let me know what's the best way to do that):
Microsoft Word for Mac, version 16.62 (22061100)
Zotero 6.0.8
Macos 12.4
