Manual renaming of attachments
Items in the biological sciences quite often have multiple attachments associated with them, especially in the more prestigious journals, where supplementary online text and figures are used to save space in the printed edition. There is also an increasing trend towards including media such as time-lapse movies with papers (it is not unusual for a paper to have three or more such movies).
These supplementary files are often given unhelpful names by publishers/databases (e.g. everything from ScienceDirect is just named "science"), making it difficult or impossible to pick the attachment you actually want without opening them all to have a look what they are. The possibility to manually rename attachments (context menu item?) would make this process a lot easier.
Thank you once again for a great piece of software.

BionatsciFantastic, thank you. To tell you the truth I had wondered why no one else had made that request before.
