zotero and word

Hello,
I need some help.
Whenever I try to add a citation with Zotero it blocks Word.
I must restart my laptop and of course I lost my writing if it not save.
I’m using a Macbook pro.
What can I do to use Zotero without all that trouble?

@lina.ms This is a bug in the current Insider Beta version of Word. You should submit info about this to Microsoft so they can fix it and switch to the stable Word channel for the time being.
