Issues with Open University online module materials referencing
Hi,
I’m using 'The Open University - Harvard' citation style in Word. All in text citations are fine, however I can’t get the OU online module materials to display correctly in the bibliography.
The example given by the OU is:
The Open University (2012) ‘3.2 Spaces of engagement’, D837 Week 4 Study Guide: Making things public: mobilising around urban issues [Online]. Available at http://learn2.open.ac.uk/mod/ oucontent/view.php? id=180430§ion=3.2 (Accessed 3 October 2012)
However, I’m getting:
The Open University (2021) Hydrology and Meteorology Project [Online]. Available at https://learn2.open.ac.uk/mod/oucontent/view.php?id=1816979§ion=6 (Accessed 28 February 2022).
Any idea what I’m doing wrong, or what I can do to solve the issue?
Thanks
Neil

The style works correctly for me.
Which item type are you using?
Dockray, H. (2018) ‘Lesbian couple paints house rainbow to troll homophobic neighbors’, Mashable Blog [Online]. Available at https://mashable.com/article/homophobia-couple-rainbow-house-troll/?europe=true&utm_cid=hp-r-1 (Accessed 1 September 2018).
It’s the section “Examples of full references - Module websites - online module materials”
It’s perfect for every other type of reference.
Item time is website, but I’m unsure if there is another option that might suit the requirements for online module materials better?
Can you try in a fresh document, please?
