Upgrade StorageZotero toolbar doesn't appear
I found the word file like this in the install folder.
C:\Program Files\Zotero\extensions\zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org\install
The word file in this folder has an exclamation mark on it.
How to fix this?

If you're still having trouble, tell us everything you tried and what happened at each step.
The zotero tab is still not shown.
C:\Users\ksnproxy\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
There is a file named zotero (size 50kb).
2. Install LibreOffice Add-in: Enable
3. open extensions\zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org\install, then copy the file.
4. open Startup folder path and click Modify, click in the whitespace to the right of the path in the location bar at the top of the window, copy the complete path to the clipboard with Ctrl-C.
5. Open a new File Explorer window and paste the Startup folder path into the address bar.
6. Copy the Zotero.dotm file from “install” to your Word Startup folder; using cotronl c.
7. There is a file named zotero (size 50kb) but with an exclamation mark in the word startup folder: C:\Users\ksnproxy\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP.
8. Open word but the zotero tab is not appeared.
