Best to start a new thread for a new issue — there's no reason to think the cause here is the same.

Can you say more? Is the problem here that you're seeing "Loading items…" at startup? What happened before this happened?

Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
