I can not reproduce this. The style outputs the Journal Name as outlined in the guidelines:

I have also imported your paper via DOI and tested it out in Word with the copernicus-publications.csl:

Most of the records we have imported into Zotero do not have the Journal Abbr field filled. Is it possible for the style sheet to also check the Publication field?
